For When the Words Won’t Come

Some feelings stay quiet.

You carry them through the day without saying a word.

Your body keeps holding them anyway.

The Breath:

This short breathing meditation uses a gentle soften on the exhale breath to help release some of what your body has been carrying. With each slow inhale and slightly longer exhale, you allow small layers of tension to soften. This 5 minute breathing exercise offers a simple moment of caregiver stress relief when emotions have nowhere else to go.

This episode is for moments when:

  1. you’re holding thoughts or worries you don’t want to say out loud
  2. your shoulders feel tight and your breath feels shallow
  3. you’re carrying emotions quietly while caring for someone else
  4. you need a small, private space to release a little pressure

In this guided breathing reset for caregivers, the focus is simple: inhale slowly, then soften on the exhale. The exhale becomes a place where your body can let go of just one thin layer of tension. Nothing needs to be explained or solved. You’re simply giving your nervous system a few minutes to slow down and settle.

You can listen seated, lying down, or wherever you are.

Eyes open or closed.

Just five minutes to soften your breath and let your body settle.

If you need another guided breathing reset for caregivers, there’s always an episode waiting for you.
